As a recognised partner Capita will provide user support services across the Salesforce network of customers.

This partnership status recognises our breadth and depth of experience gained from delivering Salesforce CRM solutions to more than 2,000 Capita users throughout the UK. This experience will now be used to take the new CapitaForce message out to the external market.

We are one of only a few mid-tier Salesforce partners with a delivery capability spanning the UK and India, which means customers can benefit from a wider range of specialist skills and cost efficiencies.

"This is exciting news for Capita IT and Networks and we are delighted to be recognised as a partner.  There is no doubt that Salesforce is a disruptive force in the market at present and is displacing many of the existing CRM providers, as a recognised and experienced partner we now have the ability to leverage increased customer opportunities and further build on our existing credibility”. Lesley Bosworth, Capita IT and Networks.

This accreditation was awarded not simply on revenue or contract value but on a combination of the skills of our certified professionals, and of equal importance on customer satisfaction levels.

- Dan Ramsden, Head of Services at Capita IT and Networks

Dan Ramsden, Head of Services, Capita IT Professional Services added; “This accreditation was awarded not simply on revenue or contract value but on a combination of the skills of our certified professionals, and of equal importance on customer satisfaction levels.  We have proven time and time again the delivery of solutions that meet our customers’ needs and our continuing support to ensure optimised and adopted solutions”.

“Customer relationships are fundamental for the success of any business; having the right tools to manage those relationships is essential, especially now, when we are seeing more and more complexity as well as increased customer expectations and demand for good service. Salesforce are market leaders in this field. This accreditation demonstrates not only the exceptional skills and capabilities we have in IT and Networks to support customer management and experience, it also promotes our Cloud First ethos.  Thanks, and congratulations to all those involved in this fantastic achievement”. Joe Hemming, Executive Officer, Capita IT and Networks.
